Just remember this if your hearts in the right place it will give you will power...

The whole purpose of Ramadan is to strive for the sake of Allah swt and to share/feel the pain with our brothers and sisters who have nothing.

So if little childrens can pass away from hunger after days then what is our fast when we will eat and drink at the end of the day ?

It will make you strong when you truely understand.

Insha-Allah you can do it and motivate all brothers and sisters around you.

Ramadan holds great rewards.

Ive had eatin disorder so if i dont eat when im hungry im very unlikely to eat all day

Try keeping a fast with good intentions and God will protect you. Thats how true Our creator is to us.

How-ever if you feel you need to break it due to any illness then God is all aware.

I was just discussing something with a few friends the other day.

All 5 prayers only make around 1 hour in 24 hours.

So cant we give 1 hour to our creator Allah swt in 24 hours ?

Cant we give 1 month to Allah swt out of the whole 12 ?

Come on were chilling most the time so Insha-Allah if we make these small good efforts they will pay off in the next life and I personally noticed alot of good luck from prayer.
