P.S. i know that different people have different standards in judging "fit or slim" ....so i'm not trying to tell everyone that i'm slim and have a good shape ... but at least that's the result i'm looking for , some of you guys might like more toned look ,that's totally fine with me , i'm just trying to share with ur guys some of the tips that i concluded over the years . and hopefully that would be helpful , in the next episode , i might be doing exercise and stuff like that , so be sure to check my channel !
