Amravati chemist Umesh Prahladrao Kolhe was stabbed to death on June 21 for allegedly sharing a post on some WhatsApp groups in support of Nupur Sharma for her comments against Prophet Muhammad. A total of seven people have been arrested by the Maharashtra police in connection with the Amravati murder so far.
In shocking revelations coming in from the Umesh Kolhe murder probe, it is reported that the murder plan was hatched on June 16th, 5 days before the incident actually took place. Umesh Kolhe's brother, said that one of the accused was Umesh Kolhe's friend and had been for 16 years now, and after playing a role in his murder, the accused even attended Umesh Kolhe's funeral.
