The Home Office has blocked 11 foreign far-right figures from entering Britain ahead of Tommy Robinson’s rally in London, as Keir Starmer said the country is in a fight for its future. The Government says the organisers of the Unite the Kingdom march are spreading hatred and division, while police expect around 50,000 people to attend. The event will take place on the same day as a large pro-Palestinian march and the FA Cup final, creating a huge security challenge for the Met. Thousands of officers, drones, dogs, horses and live facial recognition will be used as police try to stop violence, intimidation and clashes in central London.
