Thousands of opposition supporters attended a rally in the city of Quetta on Sunday, to denounce Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan's government and call on him to leave office.
"We are giving you a dead line (PM Imran Khan) to resign in August, you must leave in August, you can avoid Islamabad March then, if you don't resign, then get ready, we will be in Islamabad in October," president of the opposition party JUI Maulana Fazlur Rehman told protesters.
The JUI has claimed the 2018 presidential elections to be rigged and has demanded fresh elections and repeatedly called upon Khan to give up his post. As part of the 'black day' rallies were also held in Karachi, Peshawar and Lahore.
