Almost every day, Faa Mai will come to visit the Pyi Mai and Chaba family. In the morning at Elephant Nature Park, she will leave her own family group and walk out to join with others, to maintain friendship, eating, playing, and learning together. FaaMai is a caring nanny of all whom she comes to meet. It is almost as if she wants oversight of everyone's well being. She would be a remarkable Matriarch in another setting.
