Dozens of pro-Palestine protesters have been cuffed after hundreds caused chaos in Lower Manhattan on Monday.
Due to the high volume of protesters, the Brooklyn Bridge saw delays and traffic grinding to a halt.
NYPD officers were seen in riot gear as they attempted to regain control of the bridge and detain the activists.
In a video posted to X, a counter-protester had his US flag set on fire while another protester yelled "Death to America".
According to the New York Post, only one person was officially arrested, while many others were seen cuffed.
