Ok i have a question,
i hate ma manager n shes a cow :(

she always lets customers in after store closin hours, which i no is illegal, fing is ppl hav already complained but nowts happened coz she no's ppl in head office n is married2a director of d company.

how do i get d bleep thrown out!

coz i reali reali reali reali hate her!
shes evil n has no heart :(
n no1 lyks her :(

Go higher then her
theres always a higher person the her in co-op this is how it goes
check out supervisor
managers secretary(she employs ppl)
manager
these are just the ones in the building then
theres a higher manager then the store manager
then theres director ectect

she won't let us stop em comin in AFTER d store has closed
she gave 2 supervisor's a disciplinary4turnin customers away at 10.20ish whn we close at 10!
she jus tkes d piss,
in d past ppl hav complained2 head office but jak all gets dne abt it!
i was finkin tradin standards?
but not sure wot 2do.

ders been loadz of complaints abt 1 of our supervisors, half of em prob 4rm me coz i hate her guts :)

neways, ONE customer complained abt dis asian guy 2day,
coz he gave him his change in pound coins,
coz d ppl in d cash office neva giv us fivers,
so he had no fivers in his till,
no way his fault at all!

n d BLEEP sent him home!
whn he did nothing wrong! m dat over bleepy supervisor, is totally evil, rude 2 every1 jus bein around her pisses u of!

n shes not dne owt

i wana get em both sacked!

If you feel she is violating your working hours ( by making you stay longer) you should probably contact whatever agency in the uk deals with workers complaints about bosses. At least that's how it works here. If I made my employee work longer hours I would either have to pay her extra (overtime) OR if I refused she'd report me.
