What they do is, put up products for sale cheaper then the usual price and then say the item has been dispatched, but it has not.
So while you sit and wait for a few days like a nob, there is no actual package on the way :|

Now the due date of delivery has arrived and still no package :S
Theres no tracking updates or delivery notiication and instead, they drag it on with shitty messages to convince you that they are being helpful fuckers!
You may get shit like this:

We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to reach out to you regarding your recent purchase. Unfortunately, we have discovered that the item you ordered is broken, and it was the last piece in stock. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Would you prefer to wait for the new stock to arrive, or would you like us to process a refund for you?

They do this to till few weeks have passed, they stall you basically so once the time limit passes, not much can be done..
So its best to contact Ebay the minute nothing has been dispatched within 48 hours.
