Do you parlez Parler? Until this month, the social-media platform Parler was largely unknown in the UK. But then the provocative/attention-seeking right-wing commentator Katie Hopkins was banned from Twitter for “hateful conduct”. She swiftly swapped over to Parler, taking 180,000 of her 1.1 million Twitter followers with her.
Now some Conservative MPs and others fed up with the usual social-media suspects are following suit.
