i saw this reply in ur hot seat and thought ..what was the margaret thatcher milk snatcher crisis? never heard of it :| i know it was before my time but what is it?:$ werent anything to do with the milk they used to give in schools was it ?:$

Ello! lol maybe i exaggerated with the 'crisis' bit.. but yea it caused quite an uproar in those days coz maggie eventually stopped free milk being supplied to kids over 7.. think they wanted to save the money and spend it on other stuff 8-) I remember in the playground we all used to sing 'margaret thatcher milk snatcher b*m scratcher..' (heheh)... but she werent all that bad.. i think :$

I REMEMBER THAT!!! DIDT KNOW IT WAS LABELED AS "MILK SNATCHER THO"

AT PLAY SKOOL, PLAY GROUP N INFANTS...EVERY LUNCH BREAK, DINNER BREAKS...THEY WOULD HAND OUT THOSE SMALL CARTONS OF MILK, WE USED TO GET CHEESE BURGERS/COBS WITH THE CARTONS IN LITTLE BROWN PAPER BAGS!!!

I ALWAYS WONDERED WHY IT STOPPED 8-) I THOUGHT THEY DIDNT WANNA FEED US ANY MORE:|
